The orders are then processed by our sales team. All orders have a unique customer order number which allows us to track orders should there be any problems. Customers will be notified by email of when the order was placed, along with details of their purchase. The IP address of the customer is captured during the ordering process, this ensures that no fraudulent use of the system occurs. • Should an item become unavailable, you will advised at the time of your order being processed.
• Overseas customers will be notified by email/telephone of the final shipping costs and total order price. This is because shipping companies such as DHL, FedEx charge on a weight only basis.
• New Zealand customers will be automatically charged a flat rate for shipping and handling regardless of quantity, size or weight. This is calculated during the ordering process.
• Due to the originallity of our products, items purchased can differ from those pictures shown on our web site.
• Credit card fraud will be reported to the authorities.
• All credit card numbers are checked prior to shipping.
• Customers IP numbers are also recorded at the time of ordering.
• Credit Cards will be debited in New Zealand Dollars by the credit card company at the time of transaction.
